Damage deposit
A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
In the winter ski season, the property does not have any on-site parking, due to resort regulations. When checking in, please park in the 30-minute loading zone out the front of The General and during your check-in process staff will show you where the overnight long stay parking is located, about 1.5 km down the road.
Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.
You can catch the free village shuttle bus back to The General. Free village bus only operates in winter.
