The credit card (showing only the last 4 digits + cardholder name) used for booking must be presented for verification in advance. Check-ins after 19:00 must be pre-confirmed. Late check-in fees: 19:00-21:59 (50 GBP), from 22:00 onward (90 GBP). Payment: For reservations valued over GBP 1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes. House Rules & Restrictions: Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages. Damage Deposit Please note that an 800 €/£ damage deposit will be collected via credit card (not cash) at check-in and returned via credit card 8-14 days after checkout.
