Damage deposit
A damage deposit of AUD 1200 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Please note that there is a 1.7% charge when you pay with a Visa or MasterCard and 3.42% for American Express. Check-in is from 15:00 hours. All guests will be greeted on arrival. For guests arriving between 22:00 and 08:00, an AU100 fee will apply. A surcharge of AU50 will apply to all arrivals on public holidays. All requests for early/late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. ETA changes need to be notified at least one hour in advance.
