The building does not have an elevator. Cribs are available for rent at €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in. Parties or similar events are not allowed in this accommodation. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original booking conditions and must specify the contract duration, stating that the rental is not intended for indefinite occupancy, nor as the tenant’s habitual residence or registered address, and must describe the reason for the rental. The address for key collection is different from the apartment’s address. Check ins past 10:00 pm have an additional fee of 25 euros.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
