Damage deposit
A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID (passport or driving license) and front of card used to book within 72 hours of booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled. Check in will not be permitted unless these documents have been provided.
