If you are no longer interested, please contact Booking. Smoking or holding parties will result in immediate expulsion and a fine of €99. The loss of the key incurs a fine of €49. If you leave the keys inside the house, you will need to call a locksmith, the cost of which will be borne by the guest. Any damage or breakage caused by the guest will be the guest's responsibility. Any incident caused by the guest that requires assistance outside of the in-person service hours from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM will incur an additional cost of 20 euros, which must be paid in cash to the person providing the assistance.
