Damage deposit
A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Early/late check-in must be agreed before a booking is made as it is subject to availability.

Guests must give Glenavon their estimated time of arrival to avoid delays and or cancellation.
Check-in and key collection is from The Palace Hotel on production of your booking form and photo ID.
Refreshments are not included in the room rate but are available for a fixed donation to the charity of Glenavon's choice.
