Damage deposit
A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Important information

There is a surcharge for check-in out of the standard check-in times. Early/late check-in must be agreed before a booking is made as it is subject to availability. A credit card and a photo ID should be showed on check-in. Guests must give Glenavon their estimated time of arrival to avoid delays and or cancellation. Check-in and key collection is from The Palace Hotel on production of your booking form and photo ID. Refreshments are not included in the room rate but are available for a fixed donation to the charity of Glenavon's choice. Food and drinks purchased elsewhere are not permitted within the building.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
