Guests will need to purchase further firewood as required Pet friendly, however NO fencing on the property. Please ensure all pets are supervised and ensure they do not go on the golf course. This property allows 1 pet per stay free of charge. Any additional pets will be at the discretion of the host, and may incur an additional cleaning charge. Laundry facilities are separate to the house, located down the stairs. This property follows a strict no party and loud music policy. Guests will be evicted if they break this policy. The property has a noise-aware alarm which notify the owner and guest if music is unreasonably loud. This property is fitted with an external camera near the entry/garden of the home, which is recording movements into and out of the home.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information.
