For larger or high-value items requiring special delivery, additional postage costs may apply. Any unclaimed items may be disposed of after 30 days. A surcharge of GBP 250 per person, per night applies for each additional authorised guest. The primary guest is required to provide a valid ID for verification prior to check-in. Full names of all guests must be submitted before arrival for verification purposes. Guests travelling with children must inform the property before arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
