Minimum age requirement for primary guest must be met for rental of multiple rooms or full house rental as stated in the rental agreement. Housekeeping services can be arranged for an additional charge of $160.00 for the three Bedroom Vacation, and $175.00 for the four Bedroom Vacation payable upon booking. Cleaning Fee of $175.00 is required with any 3 or 4 bedroom reservation.
