The change from heating to air conditioning will take place at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will in november, in accordance with the protocols established by the property. This apartment is only available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). Guests will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival. We would like to inform that, due to roadworks being carried out by the City Council on Madrazo Street, the street is currently closed to traffic. Additionally, construction work is being carried out on a building near the accommodation, so there may be some noise resulting from these works. The works will remain ongoing until further notice.
