A surcharge of 50€ applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 21:00. The property is located on the first and second floor in a building with no elevator. Guests are responsible for keeping their keys safe during their stay. If keys are forgotten inside the apartment or accidentally locked out, a €50 fee will be charged for emergency assistance. Assistance is available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Outside of these hours, service is not guaranteed. Lost keys will incur the cost of replacing the lock and a complete set of keys. The apartment does not provide food. We provide **bed linen, towels, and a courtesy set**. All everyday consumable items must be **purchased or brought by the guest**. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
