Any evidence of smoking or loss to the property caused by guests from smoking will incur a charge of a minimum of EUR 400. If your group size is less than standard occupancy(6 or 3 people)but you would like to use the sofa as a bed in order to stay more comfortably and sleep in separate beds there will be a 600CZK sofa fee per day applied. Just let us know in advance and we will make sure the sofa is set as bed. - Quiet hours from 22:00 to 09:00. - Parties and loud gatherings are strongly prohibited. - Smoking both inside of the apartment and the building is strongly prohibited. Any smoking evidence proving the breach of this rule will result in a 10000CZK(400EUR) fine. - Pets are strongly prohibited. Any evidence of a pet being present will result in a fine of 10000CZK. - Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodation by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information on the first day of your arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
