Damage deposit
A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Important information

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of £40 per pet, per stay applies, with a maximum of 3 pets. Guests are welcome to bring and use a portable BBQ on the decking area. Please do not place them on any furniture, including outdoor tables. BBQs must be cleaned thoroughly after use. All standard fire and safety precautions must be followed when using and disposing of barbecues. SWIMMING POOL & GYM ACCESS Please kindly note that the access to the swimming pool and gym is not included in the lodge price. However, we will notify the resort of your booking so that you can arrange activities, including swimming, directly with them. Payment is made separately in advance (over the phone), and passes can then be collected from the swimming pool reception. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool is closed from Tue 1 Sept 2026 until Thu 1 Jul 2027
