General Terms & Conditions Quiet Hours: Strict quiet hours are enforced daily from 23:00 to 07:00 and from 15:00 to 17:30 to respect neighbors. Cleaning Service: Provided free of charge only upon check-in. Additional cleaning during your stay is available on request for an extra fee. Room Service: No room service is available at the property. Smoking Policy: The property is strictly non-smoking. Pet Policy: No pets are allowed on the premises. Parties & Occupancy: Parties and events are strictly forbidden. Booking fees are calculated per person; any unregistered visitors entering or staying at the property will result in extra charges. Check-In: Standard check-in is at 15:30. Early check-in is subject to availability and incurs an additional fee. Check-Out: Standard check-out is at 11:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and incurs an additional fee. Damages & Missing Items: Guests will be held financially responsible and must compensate the property for any damages or missing items. Security Deposit: A pre-authorization hold of €1000 for 1 to 4 guests or €2000 for 5 to 8 guests will be placed on your credit card at check-in as a damage guarantee. No funds are deducted unless damage occurs. Climate Resilience Tax: A mandatory tax of €8 per night must be paid upon arrival, unless it is already included in your booking total. Minors Policy: Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or provide official written authorization. The parent or guardian assumes full financial and behavioral liability for the minor.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
