Damage deposit
A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Check-in can be arranged outside of office hours but must be pre-arranged, and is subject to availability.
Arrivals after 20:00 will be subject to a late check-in fee.
Property address and check in instructions will be emailed the day before check in date.
