The property requires a 50% prepayment via PayPal or bank transfer. Guests will receive a direct email from the property with additional details. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 7 days of making the reservation and at least 2 weeks before arrival date. Please note that guests are offered with free 40 units of electricity consumption per day. Any exceeding consumption will be charged at THB 9 per one electrical unit (kw). The property does not allow parties, subletting or any other commercial use of the villa. Only registered guests will be allowed to stay overnight in the villa. The first day villa cleaning is included in the room rates and will be provided once after 7 days of the guest stay. Additional cleaning may be requested for an additional charge at THB 1500 per time. The large L-shaped sectional sofa must not be dismantled, separated, lifted, or reconfigured by guests. The sofa consists of heavy interlocking sections and must not be moved. Sofa beds and additional beds are not included in the base price and are provided only for registered guests with prior agreement. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight or use additional beds.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
