Booking Terms and Conditions Access to the accommodation and the premises where it is located is strictly limited to the guests listed in the reservation who have completed online check-in and identity verification with valid ID, in accordance with applicable regulations. Any unregistered person is strictly prohibited from entering or remaining on the property. The property is equipped with video surveillance systems at entrances and in common areas (never inside the apartment), used solely for access control and to ensure compliance with these terms. Guests are strictly prohibited from allowing access to unauthorized persons, as well as from remaining, gathering, or using common areas (including entrance, hallways, stairs, and shared spaces) beyond the time strictly necessary for entering or leaving the property. Excessive noise and any parties or gatherings are not allowed. Any unauthorized access will result in a penalty of €200 per person per occurrence. Parties are strictly prohibited and will incur a €2,000 penalty. Late check-out is available for €100, subject to availability and prior approval. Violation of any of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund, removal from the property, and liability for any damages. By completing the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms in full. All terms have been made available prior to booking.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
