This property does not accommodate parties or wedding groups. In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the self check-in. Instead, you will have to provide your ID upon arrival during normal check-in hours. Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. At least one guest per stay must be aged 21 years or older. Minors are not permitted to stay unaccompanied without the property’s prior consent. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. Smoking in any unit will incur an additional charge Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee. The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, excluding the £3 admin fee, following a successful property inspection.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
