In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. Rental Ready is a trusted third‑party platform we use to streamline the pre‑check‑in process. Through Rental Ready, guests are required to complete essential steps before arrival, including securely uploading a photo ID for insurance and fraud‑prevention purposes. Lead Guest Minimum Age is 21, and we reserve the right to cancel any booking if the lead guest is under the minimum age. Quiet hours between 22:00 and 7:00. Please respect the neighbours! This includes being mindful of floors, walls and outside the accommodation. A breach of quiet hours will result in a fee. No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. Smoking, vaping, open flames and candles will incur an additional charge of GBP 200. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in an extra charge of GBP 150. This includes excessive waste or boxes left behind, inappropriate waste management, and we reserve the right to charge additional waste collection fees for special removals needed. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra fees. Please note that an additional charge of GBP 50 for late check out per hour if cleaners are already en route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee. Any damage will incur a charge, which will be shared and agreed upon during check-in. Please be sure to pack all your belongings before departure. Lost property will carry storage and handling fees up to GBP 60 plus VAT and a delivery fee charge if needing to be posted back to you. Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure. Alternatively, a cleaning service is available for an additional charge. We kindly ask that when you leave the property unattended for the day during your stay, you ensure all windows are closed and all doors are locked. The house manual has been placed on the table.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
