1. This property may request payment via two-factor authentication payment link. 2. A Self Check-In link will be sent 24HRS prior to arrival but Self Check-In can ONLY be submitted on the arrival day booked, after 11am. 3. Codes will be sent after we receive the Self Check-In. Codes activate from 3pm 4. Guests are required to show a photo ID on the arrival at the property. 5. We reserve the right to ask for the security deposit of £350 to be paid via two-factor authentication payment link. If so- we will notify you via Booking.com platform. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, providing that the apartment is left in a satisfactory condition and that no smoking or party activities have been detected. 6. In the event that guests do not comply with our House Rules and T&Cs, the accommodation will be terminated immediately, entry access codes deactivated and unruly guests will be evicted from the property. No refund will be granted and the eviction cost will be charged to the guest’s credit or debit card. 7. Only registered guests can stay at the property, providing that the house rules are fully observed. No visitors are permitted. Any guests who are found occupying the apartment but are not registered guests of City2Stay Ltd. will be immediately evicted from the property. 8. No refund will be granted and additional charges may apply. 9. City2Stay properties operate strict NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES and NO USE OF DRUGS POLICY. 10. Multi-apartment reservations or bookings made by the same guest/s for the same/overlapping arrival and departure days consisting of 3 or more apartments, are considered group booking and are subject to full non-refundable payment, regardless of the rate plan chosenThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
