We welcome one pet per booking. A pet fee applies: GBP 45 per night for 1-7 nights; GBP 360 per stay for 8-29 nights; GBP 720 per stay for 30+ nights. Please tell us in advance; the pet fee must be paid before check-in or entry will be declined and the cancellation policy applies. Guest verification & agreement: all guests complete a separate ID verification and sign a short rental agreement before check-in. A refundable security deposit of GBP 350 may be required. Check-in may be declined where required verification or fees are not completed in advance; the cancellation policy then applies. House rules & charges: this is a private, professionally managed home. Charges apply for: Smoking anywhere in the apartment (GBP 300); Unauthorised visitors or more overnight guests than booked (GBP 350); Lost keys (GBP 150); A property left in an exceptionally messy state (GBP 40 per extra hour of cleaning). Excessive noise may lead to cancellation following a neighbour complaint. Minimum check-in age is 21. Check-out by 11:00. Late checkout by prior approval only - otherwise GBP 50 (11:00-13:00) or a full additional night after 13:00. Sofa bed: the double sofa bed can be made up on request for a one-off GBP 15 linen fee per stay, payable to the property. This is optional - only if the guest asks - and must NOT be charged on every booking. Please also note: the apartment is accessed via a shared period stairwell; the travel cot has a thin padded base only (no mattress or sheets); occasional internet disruptions outside our control may occur; and guests are responsible for accidents, injuries or illness on the premises.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
