Damage deposit
A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

• Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.

• Please be advised of nearby works in preparation of a new building. This is not within our property however we would like to make you aware of noise works Mon - Sat between 6.30am - 6.30pm daily.
