Mandatory Guest Registration (ESTI) In accordance with applicable Bulgarian law, every accommodation provider is required to register all guests in the National Tourist Information System (ESTI). Therefore, prior to check-in, please submit a clear photo or scan of a valid identity document (national ID card or passport) for each person staying in the apartment. The personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the statutory registration requirement in the ESTI system and will be processed in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. The data will not be used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties, except as required by law. Failure to provide the required data makes it impossible to complete the mandatory registration and, consequently, to provide the accommodation service in accordance with Bulgarian law.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
