Once a reservation is confirmed, Payment is collected 13 day prior to your arrival (accommodation fee and cleaning fee included). You can cancel for free up to 14 days prior to arrival. The lead guest must complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload at least 1 ID before check-in. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date. For stays over 10 days, you are expected to have interim cleans/linen change (frequency to be agreed depending on length of stay) for an extra fee. A damage deposit will be charged 2 days before check-out. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00. A damage deposit of £350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.
