The adult lead guest must be at least 18, be included in the reservation and stay at the property throughout the booking. They are responsible for the conduct, supervision and compliance with all House Rules of every member of their group. Being 18 does not automatically make someone a minor's legal guardian. Every minor travelling without their parent or legal guardian must have separate written parental authorisation naming the responsible adult, supported by identification documents, submitted and verified before arrival. Unregistered visitors, parties, events and loud gatherings are prohibited. Serious violations may be reported to Booking.com immediately, without prior warning. Further action is subject to the booking terms and applicable law. Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors only. Do not flush toilet paper, wet wipes, sanitary products, nappies, tissues, cotton products, paper towels, grease or any other objects down the toilet. All such waste must be disposed of in the bathroom bins provided. A €200 charge applies per blockage caused by improper use. A €100 charge applies per incident involving lost, stolen, broken, damaged, unusable or unreturned keys, or keys locked inside requiring assistance. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
