1. A refundable £345 security deposit - required before check-in and is processed securely via Stripe as a temporary hold on the guest’s card. No money is taken unless damage or an issue is reported at check-out. Holds are released automatically 72 hours after check out once the property has been inspected.
2. A £39.50 non-refundable host provided Damage Waiver per stay, which replaces the deposit up to £345. The waiver covers minor accidental damages and is paid via invoice before arrival.
