The £20 charge for use of 1 extra bed applies only if 1 extra bed set (single duvet, pillow, covers, single sheet + 1 bath towel) is required. Please let us know if you require this. Well-behaved dogs over 1-year-old are welcome. There is a £20 charge per dog per stay. Dogs should have their own bed and not be allowed on the beds or furniture, or be left in the property on their own. Please bring your own covers if furniture will need protecting. Dogs need to be kept on a lead at all times when outside and dog poo picked up and disposed of in the big green bins.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
