The apartment is strictly non-smoking. In case of smoking on the apartment, charges of 200 EUR will be applied.
In case of loss of keys, we claim a compensation of 100 EUR for complications related with that.
Guests may be charged for the unexpected key loss and services related to door unlocking after 6 PM (80 EUR).
Please note that an additional charge of 50 EUR will apply for late check-out.
