Guests must send a copy of a valid photo ID showing their address to the property before check-in. All guests' information, including name, address, age, car reg number, email, and phone number, is required to process your leisure pass. If you have booked last minute or have not provided the info within 24 hours of arrival, there may be a delay in issuing your leisure passes to access the leisure complex (pools, entertainment, etc.). As a family-friendly holiday park, we have a strict policy of no parties or gatherings, and we are unable to accept bookings from those living nearby. You must pay the EUR 150 damage or loss deposit at least 24 hours before arrival. Please note: Entertainment for Christmas and New Year may not be available because it is ticket-only and needs to be purchased several months in advance. Guests must sign a rental agreement on arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
