Once a reservation is confirmed, Payment is collected 13 day prior to your arrival (accommodation fee and cleaning fee included). You can cancel for free up to 14 days prior to arrival. The lead guest must complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload at least 1 ID before check-in. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check in date. For stays over 10 days, you are expected to have interim cleans/linen change (frequency to be agreed depending on length of stay) for an extra fee. A damage deposit of £350 is required. The property charges this 2 days before check-out. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 working days of check-out.
