Strict no loud noise, parties, or events. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm onwards. Bookings after this time must be cancelled within 1 hour for a refund, otherwise the first night will be charged with no access. >>Bins must be placed out for collection on the correct night. (Yellow recycling bins are collected every second week.) >>This is a non-smoking property.
