PAYMENT POLICY: - Immediate Payment: All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking. - Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date. - Full Payment: For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. - Refundable Bond: An AU300 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure. - Payment Method: All payments must be made by credit card via our payment gateway Stripe. - Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments including the bond. - Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement. CANCELLATION POLICY: - Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee. Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. - Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date. - COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change. - Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancellations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy.
