Property is located on the Newhaven Harbour. The shared kitchen is for tea, coffee and takeout only. Motorbikes and scooters are 5 Pounds per night to park, push bikes are 3 Pounds each or 5 Pounds for 2 bikes to park and electric bikes are £5 each Parents need to provide their own travel cots for their child, for children under 2 years of age. Up to 2 children (up to and including 2 years old) stay for £15 per child per night when using a travel cot provided by the parents, otherwise £25 if using existing single bed. Single beds provided are pullout chair beds that will already be made up for guests upon arrival. Please note that there is also a secure garage for motorbikes, scooters and push bikes and excess luggage that you do not want to leave in the car/van for a nominal charge.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
