Please note when booking a 2-person rate, only one bedroom will be available. Only bookings of 4-person rates will have access to 2 bedrooms. Please note the apartment is available for 1 or 2 room bookings. For 1-bedroom rates, the second bedroom is not accessible. Full address and contact details must be given during booking. No parties are allowed. If it is found that a party is being held you will be asked to leave with no refund given. On receipt of the payment for the booking you will receive directions together with the property's full terms and conditions. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of £10 per day, per pet.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
