There is a non-refundable 2.3% charge when you pay with your credit or debit card. No Schoolies - the property does not have any policies, procedures, or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Weeks". The property has the right to refuse or evict any reservations from school graduate guests throughout this period. The property supplies linens, towels & consumable items, for the guest convenience when checking in and will NOT be refilled during stay. No payment is accepted at the property, full payment is required before arrivals and pre-authorisation will be temporarily held. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure. The pre-authorization amount is as follows: - 1-bedroom: Up to AUD100 - 2-bedroom: Up to AUD200 - 3-bedroom: Up to AUD300 No Smoking - any evidence of this will result in an AUD150 fine. No Pets - any evidence of this will result in an AUD150 fine. No Parties or Events - any evidence of this will result in an AUD500 fine.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
