Damage deposit

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests and ONLY those on the booking are permitted to stay. Additional visitors not included on the booking will not be permitted to stay. Guests MUST notify the owners of any additional visitors during their stay. 1 well behaved dog is welcome, but must be pre booked and the guest pays £6 per night on arrival to the owner to cover additional cleaning. NO parties are permitted at the property and noise after 11pm will not be tolerated.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
