Tenants must show a valid identity document upon arrival at the house. Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property. It is important to note that the kitchen does not have stoves, pots, pans, or an oven. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
