Please note that the use of a private hot tub will incur an additional charge of GBP 30 per night and must be booked for the duration of your stay (Discount available if your stay is more than 2 nights, please contact the property after booking to request a discount). Access to the hot tub must be reserved and paid for when your booking is made, otherwise it will not be available at the property. On-site parking is available for 2 cars. Parking spaces must be reserved in advance. A child’s high chair is available by request for an extra charge of 5 GBP per stay. Travel Cots are available upon request for an additional charge of 10 GBP per person, per stay. Please note that no types of BBQ's (disposable, charcoal or gas BBQ's) are allowed on site due to fire obligations.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
