Check-in is by APPOINTMENT from 15:00 to19:00. It is possible to check in after 19:00 but there is a supplement of €40.00 to be paid in cash at check-in, after 23:00 it's €70.00 until 01:00 maximum. All late arrival requests are subject to confirmation by the property. Please be aware that the apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator. As per regional regulation, air conditioning will be active from the end of April until mid September and the permitted temperature inside the apartments will be 24°-26° and it works with the security keys that you find in the apartment. Air conditioning will be on only when you are at home and it will switch off automatically when you go out and take the keys with you. Heating will be switched on from the end of September until mid April and the allowed temperature will be 20°-22°. This can be controlled and settled remotely by our staff.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
