Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

It is possible to check in after 19:00 but there is a supplement of €40.00 to be paid in cash at check-in, after 23:00 it's €70.00 until 01:00 maximum.

Please be aware that the apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator.
As per regional regulation, air conditioning will be active from the end of April until mid September and the permitted temperature inside the apartments will be 24°-26° and it works with the security keys that you find in the apartment. Air conditioning will be on only when you are at home and it will switch off automatically when you go out and take the keys with you. Heating will be switched on from the end of September until mid April and the allowed temperature will be 20°-22°.
