Your room will be available for check in between 2. 00p.m and 5.00p.m. If you will be arriving after 5.00p.m. please call us to discuss, we may be able to arrange later access, however, this is not guaranteed and is only by prior arrangement. As our B&B is personally run, we are not always on site and may be out if you have not let us know your arrival time. Any check in after 10pm (if available) will be subject to a late check in fee of £10 per room. Please check out by 10.30a.m. on your day of departure. If you require a late check out until 1pm, we can offer this (subject to availability) for a supplement of £20.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
