Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. Please note that all guests need to provide a valid photo ID at check-in. In case of any additional guests, please notify the property prior to arrival. Parking is available for 1 car. If you require extra bedding, you must notify the property 48 hours before your arrival. Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests from smoking will incur a charge of AUD 1000. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of AUD 37 per night per pet. All requests for check-in and check-out outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property and must be requested 24 hours before arrival.
