• This property ONLY ACCEPTS TENANTS for exclusive "SEASONAL" use, in accordance with Article 3.2 of the LAU (Law of Administrative Law). The reason will be requested, and a security deposit may be required depending on the duration of the stay.
• PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED IN THE APARTMENT
• SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE APARTMENT.
There is a €150 (+VAT) surcharge for removing tobacco odors and a €100 (+VAT) surcharge for special cleaning.
• PETS ARE ALLOWED: Upon request and in consultation before booking (please contact us before booking). Pets have a €40 surcharge per stay. Guide dogs are allowed free of charge.
• Cribs and extra beds are not available. The accommodation is clearly described in its description (number of rooms, beds, etc.). Reservations for up to 6 people, including adults and children, are accepted. You should assess whether the apartment's conditions and descriptions meet your needs before confirming your reservation.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Upon request and inquiries, luggage storage is available after 11:30 AM.
• ALL guests must check-in online and present their ID (documentary identification) before 6:00 PM on the day of arrival to access and use the apartment.
Access to the apartment is independent using your mobile phone via a link. In-person check-in option: please request this 24 hours in advance (fee is €40 EUR (+VAT).
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
At this time, our cleaning service will enter the apartment to have it ready for the next guest.
On the day of your departure, the apartment must be left in a clean condition. All trash must be removed from the apartment and placed in the various street containers.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
