Cots are available upon request for an additional charge of EUR 35 per stay. You must notify the property before your arrival. This property does not accommodate parties or wedding groups. Guests must sign the property rental contract prior to check-in. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental. Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
