As a reminder before your arrival, please find below some useful information: • Check-in: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM • Late check-in: arrivals after 7:00 PM are available upon request and subject to an additional fee. • Check-out: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (noon) A fully refundable security deposit of 10,000 THB (300 EUR / USD) is required in cash upon arrival. It will be returned at check-out after the villa inspection. Electricity is charged separately based on your actual consumption during your stay, at 7 THB per kWh. Please kindly remember that Karma Shana Residence is a private villa residence rather than a hotel, offering independent accommodation in a peaceful tropical setting. As with many islands in Thailand, occasional electricity or water interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen incidents. During power outages, the villas will temporarily be without electricity. While these situations are fortunately uncommon, they are unfortunately beyond our control, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding should they occur. As a warm welcome, we will prepare a complimentary starter pack for your arrival, including a selection of essential toiletries and household items to help you settle in comfortably. Please note that these amenities are provided as a welcome courtesy upon check-in and are not replenished during your stay.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
