Damage deposit
A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
1. A refundable security deposit of 1,000 AUD will be pre-authorised on your card the day before check-in, covering any damages or unapproved extra guests. Released within 24 hours of check-out if no issues arise.
2. A 50% pre-authorisation will be placed on your card at the time of booking, released once the first payment is charged 14 days before check-in.
3. An extra guest fee of 40 AUD per person per night applies for more than 4 guests, charged for each night of the stay.
4. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests before arrival.
5. No smoking anywhere on the property — a 100 AUD cleaning fee applies.
6. Please leave the property reasonably clean and tidy with dishes washed and put away before departure.
7. The pool house lights must be turned off at night as they shine directly into the neighbouring property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
