Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be cancelled and you will not be allowed access into the property. - We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am. -Additional linen for sofa bed arrangements incurs a one-time fee of £20. Please contact customer service 48 hours prior to check-in, and we will provide instructions on how to order it. Disclaimer: ALL unauthorised early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancellation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Grandeur Property Management Limited lead to a loss of income due to interruptions to a future booking.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
