We have two ground-floor Standard Studios; if you need to avoid stairs, please request one in advance (subject to availability). • House rules: no pets; no hen, stag or similar parties; quiet hours 22:00–08:00. • Self check-in: secure keypad access code sent before arrival; please provide your expected arrival time in advance. • Cleaning: weekly cleaning with linen and towel change at no extra charge. • Age policy: minimum check-in age is 21; guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian.
