- This property is exclusively for families. - The primary guest must be at least 35 years old. - Further details about self-check-in will be provided after all the requested documents (ID and credit card) are received and the damage deposit is paid. - Guests must submit identification (passport, driving license, ID) before arrival. - The credit card (showing only the last 4 digits + cardholder name) used for booking must be presented for verification in advance. - Check-ins after 19:00 must be pre-confirmed. - Late check-in fees: 19:00-21:59 (50 GBP), from 22:00 onward (90 GBP). - For reservations valued over GBP 1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes. - Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. - Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking. - Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages. - Guests must pay a damage deposit of 800 GBP prior to check-in. - This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times. - Advance notification is required for baby cots or high chairs (subject to availability and additional charges). - In line with government guidelines to minimize Coronavirus (COVID-19) transmission, additional documentation may be requested.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
