After booking, the lead guest must complete Truvi ID verification and electronically sign our rental agreement before check-in/access details are issued. No unregistered guests/visitors without prior approval. No smoking or vaping (including e-cigarettes), including out windows or on the balcony. Guests are responsible for damage or excessive cleaning to the apartment and communal/shared areas (e.g., entrance, corridors/hallways, lifts/elevators, stairwells/landings), including any reasonable charges we incur from building management.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
