All requests for check-in or check-out outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property and must be requested at least 1 day in advance. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property without prior approval. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval. Pets will incur an additional charge of AUD 37 per night, per pet, and a maximum of 2 pets is allowed per booking. Please note that pets must not be left unattended in the property. Parking is available for 1 car per reserved accommodation. Smoking on site will incur an additional charge of AUD 1000. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests, including from smoking outside designated areas, will incur a charge. Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure. Alternatively, a cleaning service is available for an additional charge. Guests booked on the same day of arrival are requested to book before 18:00. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. Guests must sign the property T&C and rental contract prior to check-in.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
